    Hans and his charming wife and business partner Beatriz produce an array of excellent examples of what a master sausage maker is capable of.All of Hans' meat products are of superb quality and have to be sampled individually. Game cutting and the making of sausages and other products like jerky and biltong from your game meat are also a house specialty and the quality is primo.
